We will have the adventure of learning to identify and harvest the natural medicinal plants growing here on our 40 acres of pristine forest. Just a few of the most healing herbs are: Arnica, Astragalus, Calendula, Chamomile, Echinacea, Ginkgo, Ginseng, Goldenseal, Hawthorn, Lavender, Lobelia, Passionflower, Red Raspberry, Tulsi/Holy Basil, Valerian, and more.

We will be foraging in our lush, 25 acre forest at the foot of Mt. Rainier with a purpose!
Local experts in indigenous plants and healing herb identification will be teaching us in the wild.
At Paradise Farm, we believe in learning to become self-sustaining and thus independent from traditional chemical-laden food found in Supermarkets. Through the discovery of these natural plants that have grown in our forests of The Pacific Northwest for thousands of years, we can learn to identify, prepare and preserve these natural treasures.
Bring your family and friends to join us for a weekend of wild edible plant discovery and exploration. This powerful experience will begin the relationship between you and nature and wild edible and medicinal plants. During this weekend work shop we will introduce you to the basics of identifying and using edible plants and healing herbs.
